2. Referral Process

After receiving your preferences via our form, we personally review your request. Once you confirm and make payment for your chosen package, we forward your contact details to a carefully selected agent.

3. Payment

Payments are made in advance via secure methods. Our prices are one-time fees per referral and include initial support by email or WhatsApp.

4. Responsibility

Siam Steps acts as an independent referral partner and is not liable for the conduct, offers, or services of third-party agents.

5. Refunds

Once the referral has been made, no refunds can be issued.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

7. Changes

This policy may be changed at any time. The latest version published on our website is considered legally binding.
